Quality  Components for material handling equipment are manufactured by expert engineers and experienced workmen at the WMI factory in Bhandup, Bombay. Each component is designed for the required Crane application and tested for quality. WMI uses the highest quality materials and assembled components are thoroughly tested before dispatch.

STANDARDISATION 

Sandardisation at WMI Cranes provides customers with the flexibility of choosing the appropriate Crane for their application, and concurrently gives them enormous cost savings in maintenance. At WMI, the Crane is no longer a tailor made job although there are 3000 varieties of capacity, speed and duty. The advantages of standardization for the customer can be elaborated as under:

An established network of Branch Offices manned by qualified and experienced engineers can respond quickly to any customer request or need. ·         Application Studies are undertaken to assist customers in the assessment of requirements and proper selection of equipment.

·         Technical Assistance is provided after delivery and is tailored to individual requirements.

·         Technical Training is imparted to the client’s personnel at the WMI plant or on site, in servicing, maintenance, and operations.

·         Spare Parts Supply is assured through a well organized after _– sales service system to meet requirements promptly.
